Refund Policy

Important Notice

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Web Purchases are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable, except as expressly stated in this Policy or where a refund is required by law.

If, in the future, Achievr Guru offers mobile apps and you purchase through an app store, refunds will be handled by the respective store under its policies. This Policy concerns website purchases only.

1) Money‑Back Guarantee (if shown at checkout)

From time to time we may display a money‑back option at checkout. If that option is presented to you and you complete a purchase directly on our Website, you may be eligible for a refund of your initial subscription provided all conditions below are met:

Request window

You email support@achievrguru.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your current subscription term ends.

Meaningful use

You have used Achievr in good faith for at least 14 consecutive days (to give the system a fair chance). Your email must include reasonable evidence of usage, such as screenshots or exports from your account that demonstrate activity during those 14 days (e.g., goals created/updated, action points completed, habits tracked, progress metrics updated, notes added) plus a brief note on what did or didn't work for you.

We will review your request and notify you by email of approval or denial. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Add‑ons, one‑time purchases, and previously granted refunds are not eligible under this guarantee.

Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.

3) EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason and without incurring costs, subject to the rules below.

How to withdraw

Email support@achievrguru.com within 14 days and state clearly that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

Refund timing

We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Method

Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement.

Early supply & proportional refund

If at checkout you were presented with, and you gave express consent to the immediate supply of the Service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you may lose the right of withdrawal, then:

5) Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at support@achievrguru.com so we can help. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

6) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the Last updated date above and, where legally required, notify you of material changes. Continued use of Achievr after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
