Subscription Terms
Effective as of: 19 September 2025
Applies to: Achievr Guru subscriptions purchased via https://achievrguru.com ("Website"). Sections about app stores apply once our mobile apps are launched.
1) Trial
We may offer a paid trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, your plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the price and billing period shown at checkout.
Deleting your account or ceasing to use the Service does not cancel a trial or subscription.
2) Subscription & Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly, annually, or as presented at checkout) until you cancel. The renewal price will be the then‑current price shown for your plan, subject to any prior notice of price changes (see Section 6).
3) Payment Method & Authorization
Payment is charged to the payment method you provide at purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor(s) to charge the applicable fees for the initial term and for recurring renewals until you cancel. If a renewal charge fails, we (or our processor) may retry charges; if payment cannot be collected, access may be suspended or terminated.
4) Cancellation
Cancelling disables auto‑renewal but you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid term.
Website purchases
Cancel anytime via Account → Plan & Billing on the Website, or email support@achievrguru.com from your account email. To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Apple App Store (when available)
Manage/cancel in your Apple ID Subscriptions settings. Apple's terms control billing and refunds.
Google Play (when available)
Manage/cancel in your Google Play Subscriptions settings. Google's terms control billing and refunds.
Only you can manage your platform subscriptions. See Apple/Google support pages for details when applicable.
5) Refunds
Website purchases
To the extent permitted by law, website purchases are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable, except as stated in our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law (including the EU/UK withdrawal right in Section 7).
Apple App Store (when available)
Refund requests must be made directly to Apple under Apple's policies.
Google Play (when available)
Refund requests must be made directly to Google under Google's policies.

6) Price Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we may change subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice by posting the new prices in the Service and/or notifying you (e.g., email or in‑product notice). If you do not wish to continue at the new price, cancel before the change takes effect.
7) EU/UK Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason and without cost, subject to the rules below:
Withdrawal process
Notify us by emailing support@achievrguru.com within 14 days. You may use a model withdrawal form, but it is not required.
Refund timing
We will refund payments received within 14 days of your notice, using your original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
Early supply & proportional refund
If you gave express consent to start the Service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged you may lose the withdrawal right, then: (i) for digital content supplied in full, the right is lost; (ii) for ongoing digital services, you may receive a pro‑rata refund for the period after your notice if required by law. If applicable, we will provide confirmation of your prior consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium.
